Two adjoining period buildings from the 1930's, one of which (37-39) is Grade II listed. The communal parts, plant and roofs have been fully refurbished to a modern design whilst using traditional materials to complement the original. Grainmarket is now reconfiguring the building to encompass a further design change that compliments the buildings period character- the generic lay-in grid being replaced, ceiling heights raised to provide the space currently demanded by more progressive occupiers
